It's all part of the process. I get the same thing sometimes on the 3rd or 4th flush. Sometimes a stone will lodge in one of the liver ducts and cause pain until it passes through. As for the pain on the left side I get that as well sometimes. It's called referred pain, liver pain can travel up into the shoulder, neck, or in your case to the left side. Very common. Tweet
