On this diet you should eat a lot of proteins so as not to loose weight. Your skin issue is most probably due to a deficiency. Candida depletes magnesium and I would think this to be the issue you have. Go to the drugstore and ask for epsom salt (the cheapest you do not need the one to swallow). Put half a cut in a hot bath and your skin pores will absorb the extra magnesium needed. This is much faster than taking oral supplement, I would also suggest taking some orally either a supplement or else a lot of salads and sprouts to make sure you get that extra magnesium. Hg messes up all of those. For example in Cutler’s book Amalgam Illness he points out a part of brain cells that needs some ”stuff” from lecithin--I think on of the phospholipids. I think they get oxidized by Hg. I don’t expect lecithin to kick in like B12, or tyrosine, or HC do for those who really need them. I think it is more like fish oil that takes weeks to have an noticeable impact.   [End]

I’d heard people say good things about lecithin - which I assume is often soy lecithin - and how it helps with chelation of the brain, and helps memory. I’m willing to try it... but not with soy. Soy lecithin actually is in some foods I eat, and I have no adverse reactions to it the way I do with soy protein, but I’m still leery of consuming a full tablespoon of the stuff just in case. What do you guys think of sunflower lecithin as a substitute? Do you think it should work as well, and be safe? I am thinking of trying it.   [End]
