Hg messes up all of those. For example in Cutler's book Amalgam Illness he points out a part of brain cells that needs some "stuff" from lecithin--I think on of the phospholipids. I think they get oxidized by Hg.

I don't expect lecithin to kick in like B12, or tyrosine, or HC do for those who really need them. I think it is more like fish oil that takes weeks to have an noticeable impact.
