I identify with what you’re describing. For me, it’s candida due to too many antibiotics over the years. I cannot tolerate any type of sugar, yeast-based breads, etc. Even fruits have to be closely monitored.
SO.......what I’ve been doing, lately, is taking 4 oz of water with 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar added.
Fermented stuff is supposed to be excellent: pickles, sauerkraut, kim-chee, etc...I am NOT into any of these things, but I’m going to have to give it a go, I think. Also......water, ONLY for me.
