thanks for mentioning this old post so others, like me, who may have overlooked it could benefit. i'm not willing to have my crowns and one amalgam removed...yet...but your example will encourage me to continue to do what i am willing to do — lbb, 6 week kidney herbs, dewormer, oo & olive leaf, chinese bitters & gold coin grass, liver flushed, home-distilled water, fresh coconut & virgin coconut oil, almonds, oranges, lemons, cilantro & chlorella. sun-gazing, whole-body sun baths. nightly baths i find daunting in the summer (a refuge in the winter) but sitz baths are nice after a walk in the evening sun. i guess we keep adding things as we get stronger — by god's grace.
