i used to be 100 pounds -- still pretty skinny and a total weakling but felt "pretty good" before my health totally fell apart 8 months ago (actually i didn't realize my apparent health was already just a facade, and as weak as a house built of a pack of cards due to my amalgam fillings and severely weakened liver -- the double dosage of antibiotics that i took in october of last year that destroyed me was only the LAST STRAW that broke the camel's back, in hindsight! :(
u ask what weight i would like to be... actually, like you said, health is more important than a specific number on the scale... i woudln't even mind this current weight <94-5 lbs> IF i were well and healthy... (my bones are so tiny that even at this weight i don't look too HORRIBLY thin -- just too thin :p) it is precisely because i'm so weak that i worry about losing more weight and subsequently getting even weaker if i were to do the fast...
so perhaps as you said, i should just go more slow with health recovery since i AM so weak... and plan a semi-oj fast supplemented with raw food/nuts/seeds and plant oils :) all raw fruit/veges are alkaline if i remember correctly?! and meat and cooked foods are acidic..? :p
was wondering which herbs you might recommend for my current symptoms of dry coughing (uncomfortable ticklishness in the throat)/ persistent cold and low grade red eye and over salivation/mucus in mouth which gets triggered by strong tasting foods like garlic or even toothpaste!!!
and if you would recommend my doing another liver flush (i've done four successful ones thus far) before my cold symptoms clear... i heard that liver flushing is not recommended if you have a cold...

ps. i'm currently taking your dewormer and really loving the taste... my mom's taking calcium balance and says that it tastes even better :)
