I know at first, this diet seems restrictive, but the nice thing is that when I was on a low fat diet, I missed out on the fat. now I eat tons of yummy fat, so I do like this diet better.
Anyway, some Carbs that I like. Sweet potatoes (highly benificial)
spelt bread and spelt flour products(spelt flour tortillas). Maple syrup (not maple flavored, but the good stuff) Rice pudding. Wheat free pancakes. Wheat free blueberry waffles. Rice milk. Wheat free brownies (I cheated, there was some sugar) Rice noodles or spelt noodles (for my spaghetti)
