Re: Hows your stress level?

Yea, and there are people that can smoke for 60 years and die of old age at age 85, but that doesn't mean that smoking is good for you. Some people die of it at age 35. Everyone is different. Depression, anxiety/stress is very bad for the immune system. Even if it wasn't the initial cause of your skin problems, it is not helping it, and you definitely suffer from it. That is not a knock on you, I suffer from bad anxiety as well. Two years ago when I first discovered the Liver Flush on the internet I became so happy/excited that it was incredible. It seemed like all of my symptoms matched those of a congested liver and the Liver Flush was the "cure". At the time I had a relatively severe case of Acne - not as bad as yours but bad nonetheless. It cleared up in 3-4 hours. It was the most amazing thing. It would have taken a hardcore regiment of accutane 3 weeks to clear it up and it disappeared in hours. I think that I raised my endorphin levels, which turned back on some systems that were offline, which made my whole body run normally again. My immune system went to normal.
I had a blister that hadn't healed in 3 weeks and it healed in a day or two. I think some of my neurotransmitters are low and they must have gotten turned back on during this. The effect lasted for 2 months or so then slowly faded, which now I realize means that I have physical problems which are effecting my adrenals/neurotransmitters. Until I deal with the physical problem I won't be able to solve all the other issues. I think it is leaky gut. I have only come to that realization in the past few days. I am going to see my kinesiologist in a few days to discuss it with him. So plasticat, I know firsthand how anxiety/ Depression can affect acne. It is a downward spiral - your Acne gets worse which causes you more anxiety/ Depression which in turns causes your Acne to get worse etc.
Plasticat, I have told you this before and I will tell it to you again - I know your condition is reversable. It is just going to take determination and perseverance to find the cause. I know you suffer from adrenal fatigue. 80% of the population does and if you have bad acne then something is wrong and your asdrenals are getting stressed too. It may not be the root cause but I am sure it is a problem. Get your neurotransmitters checked if you haven't. I had mine checked and they were way low - epinephrine, non-epinephrine, dopamine, serotonin etc. You may need to go on some amino acids. I still think kinesiology is the way to go. If you didn't see results with one then see another. Ultimately you just got to keep fighting. Keep getting opinions from health care people, get lab work done, surf the internet, post on curezone etc. Just keep pushing forward and don't accept defeat.
