I believe that the professionals basically want you to eat something raw, and full of fiber and water. Zucchini, cukes, melon, oranges, all fit that bill. The other fruit Fuhrman highly recommended was 1/2 an orange every two hours the first day, but I personally preferred the watermelon. I believe he also said if you didn't think you could handle fruit, that zucchini would be best, and if you didn't think you could handle it raw, to lightly steam it.
I don't "do" enemas, but I did do about three (ONE-DAY) salt-water cleanses throughout my 32-day fast, using this Seasalt I find at my local health food store.
