I'm using the stomach-virus excuse suggested, instead of going through the hassle of breaking the fast. I'm not big on lies, unless it's harmless and clearly for my own benefit. I have to be honest with you though: I hate watermelons. Something about their taste makes me shudder (probably the same thing that makes it mouthwatering for others.) But zucchini...I can do that :)
And no more than a gallon of water: thank god, I was bad at it already. I'll just stick with what I HAVE TO drink and leave it at that.
My colleagues noticed I lost weight though, and they've started asking about it, but I've kept them at bay by simply saying I'm adopting a healthier lifestyle (which is exactly what I'm doing/going to do!)
Oh yeah, can one of you give me the facts about bowel movement during the fast. Is it necessary to use enemas?
