Re: acne, facial hair, sagging body...am suicidal.. help
Hi acnesick,
I was just reading your story and would like to share a story of a friend of mine.
She was about 25 when her skin just completely got out of controll, for some reason, almost overnight she had this terrible
Acne problem. She is a pretty girl, used to attention and all of a sudden she got these huge pimples on her face, big bumps deep under her skin. She tried everything under the sun and nothing worked - until she went to the 4th (!) dermatologist and she gave her a list of food she would no longer recommend to eat (I can't remember exactly, but nuts, eggs and chocolate for sure - I can ask her any time if you would like to know), also my girlfriend had to stop all those creams and cleansers she was using before. She had to use (in my country it's possible to buy these without prescription, you just have to ask the pharmacist and they mix it for you right there) cleanser and cream for extremely sensitive skin with no dyes, no
preservatives , no fragrance, nothing.
I think the cleanser is similar to Cetaphil (the milky-colored liquid one) and if you have natural beauty store around your area probably you will find something similar to the cream too (or do search on the net), the important point is: not for oily skin(!!), something that is as simple as possible.
She got rid of her
Acne for good in a matter of couple of months and now she has no problem with that for over 1 year now(!!!!!) - unfortunately her skin is not smooth anymore due to those deep bumps she had before.
Someone posted a message for you before and she was right: problem this big ALWAYS comes from the inside. My girlfriend's story is a perfect example for that.
And one more interesting fact. I don't have big problems with my skin but it brakes out occasionally and very oily - as soon as I've seen what a change it made on her skin to "go simple", I too stopped trying different products and regiments for oily skin and started to cleanse my skin with the liquid Cetaphil (what is absolutely not for oily skin, actually it's for babies and adults with sensitive skin) and then put on a very simple moisturizer, I'm also on a yeast control diet due to my candida problem and my skin is nicer then ever!!!!
So to make my long story short: do cleansing on the inside (as someone suggested before me and I agree 100% - do parasite, colon and liver cleanse) and look for face care products that are simple and free from colors, fragrances and
preservatives , even they are not "officially" for problem skin, also try to eliminate problem foods like nuts and eggs.
Best wishes. :)
