Vegan diets, despite what some would tell you, are not good for PCOS. If you want to remain vegan, you should try a raw vegan diet, as it's lower glycemic than a cooked vegan diet. All that cooked starch causes blood Sugar to go quite high, higher than Sugar even, and causes hyperinsulemia (high insulin) and insulin resistance.
