What about people who do flushes and don't pass stones?

If this guy's theory is true, then what about the people who do flushes and don't pass stones. I mean, the same elements are there, and there are not always stones. Also, many people don't even use Epsom Salts , and they still pass stones. That story is a bunch of crap. Sound like he is threatened by people taking their health in to their own hands.
