Not bashing kevin here but losing one pound a day on any diet is asking for trouble! Just like Atkins diet many found it easy to shed the pounds but paid the price for it in the long run with many complication, mine was gallstones. I lost 40# in about two months thought it was great but soon started having gallbladder attacks! I am still suffering from a gallstone lodged in my bile duct to large to pass and havent yet been able to dissolve it to make it small enough to pass!
