Fair enough #66379. Kevin and Barret might be hucksters but that doesn't concern me personally. I should be more concerned about the quality of their information and not be concerned so much about their morality.
One of the many things Kevin said was to walk at least one hour a day at a place like a park if you wish to reprogram your hypothalamus gland. It tells your body to lose weight so it can optimally function during the walking. This also changes your brain chemistry and helps people with depression. When you are walking keep your eyes looking at the horizon or objects that are far away. I guess this sends messages to your brain.
Would you care to give me any advice? Since you seem to know a lot about nutrition and diet, where do you think we can get the best nutrition? Do you have any favorite foods, seasonings or herbs? I would say buy your whole foods from local farmers or grow it in your backyard.
