Study strontium... it is an absolutely essential mineral for bone health. Do not get hung up on one being more important than another... it is simply not true.

They are ALL just as important as the next. One may be found in more abundance than another in the body, and yet another mineral/element may be more active than another, however it does not designate importance. If you have a deficiency in even the most trace mineral in the body it will have a detrimental effect on your health.

Magnesium and boron do not work AT ALL without calcium and zinc among a whole host of other co-minerals/elements/hormones/enzymes/vitamins/proteins of which, hormones/vitamins/proteins/enzymes do not exist and/or function properly without the necessary minerals/elements.
