Yeah, it surprised me too.

However, they do keep tabs on all the edits and changes and so you have to know what you are posting and be able to back it up with citations and sources. And it likely only takes one really bad edit or addition to get banned and/or have the section where the bad info was posted closely monitored or restricted.

I too would hate to see a bunch of misinformed entires for holistic and alternative healing - but when you look at it, that is by and large what they have now, so perhaps it would be good to have people who know their stuff and have the proper references and so forth to make some corrections.

Now, if only I could do that at the ACS, NIH, Mayo, Hopkins, etc., sites . . .
