Re: HELP!!!!! NEED assistance with VBAC at home!!! Lack of support from doctors!

Hi Tina,
Thank you for your reply. That is soo wonderful that your sister got her VBAC. :) How long did she labor at home before she had the baby? Was her labor time cut in half compared to the first one? I made it from 1 to 10 cm in 8 hours with jake so I wonder how fast this next one will go. I will enjoy laboring in my big tub. I have faith that everything will work out just fine. There are a few midwives that will labor sit with me and go to the hospital at the last minute. I just have to find a doctor that is in support of that. I actually hope to call the midwife at the last min and have her come after the baby is born just to check me and the baby out. Or we could go the hospital after the birth just to get checked out. Its always good to make sure the uterus has clamped down and the bleeding has stopped and placenta delivered etc, and to be sure the baby is doing okay.

I really appreciate your support and I will let you know how everything goes. :)

Sarah :)
