The other 5 to 6 days are pretty much the same, except for Dinner I'll change thing up alittle with (see below).
Stir fried Veg's over Millet
Stemed Broccoli/baked potato
Avocado and Tomato sandwich
I stopped eating potatoes for dinner, because I feared they had too much starch. Any other ideals are so welcome, because I struggle with what to eat for Dinner.
