Hi Terry,

The Best thing you may do to help your body lose weight may be to learn to "STOP" eating a Big meal of an even time 4-6 hours before going to bed !

Learn to eat your Biggest meal in the middle of the day to give it time to work it off !

And "STOP" Drinking "ANY" kind of Sodas, if you are doing so, and start Drinking Clean water instead !

For when we choose to eat a Big meal of an even, then this food is not able to be properly Digested, thus it adds on Fatty Acids, which Cause a person to become overweight !

Most of our problem is eating those things we should not eat, when we should not eat them !
