I need your help. I have been doing the ALK drink for about 3 months now. But my weight is still out of control. I have been eating ALK foods veg's, fruit, beans, once in awhile some chicken and lots of salads, along with 4 ALK drinks a day. But no weight loss.
I got on the scales today 201.5 and I'm floored about this weight, I'm 5'5 and should weigh 145. I decided to start a fast today. I'm drinking 4 to 5 ALK drinks and 2 to 3 Whey drinks for protien. Is there anything else I should do?
