Re: 35-150 mg a day of iodine from a few teaspoons of kelp much cheaper than a lugol's tab
Uny
Hi, i had just returned from yoga class and a walk at the lake last night and of course our supporting got moved into debating because of "blatant" statements against support of seaweed being the best source of iodine.
I do not debate and do not feel the need to be defensive or prove poinrs for self... the truth shines brightly as it also does for those who may be reading. I am only acknowledging your post. I was however on the debate team, I was not the best, She was called Masterdebater so it was all good. Since there was no intention to debate I used as a sample a small salt shaker sized can of organic kelp used for seasoning as example. I had long ago done the math and in small bulk quantities it will be 100-400 times cheaper than iodoral and even lugols. The pennies are irrelevant at such a low cost it's cheap is the point. I'm sure you realize if bought in bulk it will work out way cheaper. My sample was only a few grams from a salt shaker.
naturally occurring arsenic and flouride are different in the trace quantities that are required and you will spend several lifetimes trying to avoid every trace of it. You get it in food, fruits and veggies and you know this. I have seen that you do not buy this I am not trying to convince you of something I never do. I know however here on CZ that some people FEEL what is right in their heart and this FEELING takes precedence over any argument or swaying from personal opinion or attachment.
I am glad you are happy and doing well I can tell that those who are reading are making their own decisions though which is what is important Do not listen to me, nor anyone else on this forum. DO the correct research and above all listen to the truth in the heart above the logic and rationale of the world. The agree votes speak for themselves as you appreciate.
Blessings Back to you Dear
