kelp is not the best source of iodine

it is THE source of all the Iodine we take.

the oceans are the worlds cesspool. you can eat kelp if you want, but it is not the best way to take iodine. if kelp was so good, why the high incidence of stomach cancer in japan? i have tried both ways and they dont even compare.

we are not talking about a deficiency on this forum, either. we are talking about a body totally bereft of Iodine and using bromine and fluorine instead. its called halogen imbalance.

chalk up another decent thread corrupted by some know-it-all who pretends they dont know what they are doing when called on their shenanigans. i know what you are doing.
