Re: HELP! What do I do, BAD Cholesterol results
My pleasure, 2Health! I have grown a very healthy, deep, and abiding DISTRUST of medical doctors over the past few years. It seems that I had been "diagnosed" with everything under the sun so that I would have to keep coming back for those follow-up and maintenance appointments - they cost insurance about $125 a visit, these days. Specialists are often $400+. The tests that are performed would cost us some $200-950 out of pocket. NOT to mention the flipping drugs that they want us to take so that we HAVE to make additional appointments because of the side effects of the prescribed medications that we're taking at the behest of our medical professionals.
Oh, my...I could go on a raving rant about the things that medical doctors put us all through for the sakes of their BMW's and trips to Cancun! I truly believe that the less time I spend with a medical physician, the more time I have to devote to taking control (and, responsibility) for my own health.
God bless and best wishes to you!
