Re: hemangioma of the liver (very large)

hi - i was reading these notes and want to share something interesting. about 6 years ago, i had a liver cyst. at the same time, i had a terrible parasite infection. a few months later, i was having problems and the doctor sent me for a ct scan and it was found that i had a hemangioma. the fact that i already had a record of my liver was fortuitous. i think the parasite had made a blood clot. hemangiomas are groups of blood cells. it might explain a lot of questions i have of my own about parasitical infections. parasites can make blood clots.
