So for those of you who "sneak" Iodine into your family's foods, how do you explain any detox effects that they may experience? Or isn't there enough Iodine involved to invoke detox?
My boys, 10 and 12, take Iodine 1 drop twice a day, and tonight I put several drops in our meatloaf. I have not noticed any detox in them yet, and they are anxious to up their dose.
Just wondering if anyone's family members have noticed a detox and wondered why they didn't feel right?
