Re: Grzbear & Everyone, Insights you have gained, plz.
Grzbear,
Thank you for your encouragement. Sorely needed it. :)
Additionally, you have validated some of the things I am doing, but neglected to mention in my posting to you... the drinking and eating of apples. I've been drinking dandelion "leaf" tea too, but see you say "root". I have some dried roots too so I can change to that immediately.
Maybe I should just go ahead and do the
Hulda Clark Liver Flush. I've been doing the egg, oil and citrus juice flush at the rate of 1 around every 12 days. Plus doing castor oil packs (not as religiously as I should though).
I do have a question for you that maybe you know the answer to. Why is it that lemons are the more highly recommended citrus to use? What is it about them specifically?
I've had trouble with heartburn everytime I've had lemons for ... well, all of my adult life. Lately I have been toying with the idea of giving them a try again to see what happens. I've used pineapple juice for the oil, egg and juice flushes instead of the lemon. Those flushes have worked well. But, lol, I haven't tried any other ways to compare those results with.
I don't have a gallbladder... just blurting that out for no good reason... it came to mind ???
>>>If you feel you need the iodine, maybe take a maintenance dose of 2 drops a day... one morning and afternoon\night until you feel more comfortable with the way your liver is behaving.
After that, the rest is up to you.... we are all pioneers here.<<<
I like your advice/insight. It feels right.
And, I find that it is exciting to be a pioneer!
Thank you SO much!
