I have seen you say this before, and as I recall there was a lot of agreement from others about it. And as a 10 week old newbie to Curezone, I was a bit discouraged. Even so, I would rather know of this than to be ignorant.

I was wondering just how much of cleansing history is required in your opinion. Of course, this would probably depend on how effective the cleansings have been too.

My main concern, for myself, is that my liver is still congested. It is so much better now than it was 8 weeks ago though! (I just had the thought that I need to find out just how often the salt water flush can be done.)

Anyway, if my liver is overtaxed by the intake of Iodine, I would think I would be just increasing it's present difficulties instead of fixing it. Yet, at the same time, I really need Iodine supplementation. I feel that I have a quandry.

Any thoughts for someone who wants to get healthy responsibly; wants to avoid extreme detox symptoms, but also HAS to get onto Iodine?

I've been incorporating the support supplementation into my regime for about a week now thinking it well help when I do begin Iodine, though, I still need to get some Niacin and begin it too.
