Have three children - 1, 3 and 7. Have had to work tremendously hard to get my health back after three pregnancies and in recent months made great leaps.
Hypo still very bad and you are right - I am impatient!! I am taking the kelp in all its nastiness and lots of bsm (which I hate more!). High brix food is proving very difficult to find so concentrating on that.
When my blood sugar is low my children can really tip me over the edge - then I get upset that I have yelled and think that I am a bad mother and get impatient for my health to improve because I don't want to affect my children.
I did breast feed them all and test reasults from nutrionist showed I have big calcium problems (they were very healthy babies though!). In light of this should I perhaps take more calcium water with kelp?
