Hi San sucre! I have no problems with lemons myself besides finding good ones that have some sweetness to them! My only caveat was about the lemon fast and the warnings I have read about this protocal! It does sound very beneficial if not overdone or done inappropriately! I also have done the mini flushes with good success! I think the problem arrises when one is just simply too acidic to tolerate them, I know of one person who cannopt eat anything acidic even good food acids like lemons or
ACV, she breaks out in painful hives with just a small amount! So once again I find it a personal choice and if one listens to the wisdom of the body as apposed to continuing to follow a protocal that may cause them harm if they dont!
