Began Oil Pulling 3 wks ago. :)

Benefits so far?

Plaque chucks fell out of mouth after ONE OP.
Gums have bled once a week since starting - - probably healing something.
My breath isn't as nasty as it used to be.
My moods have been lifted.
Sleeping better.
My face is improving...can't put my finger on it. It just glows.

(I go to the dentist in several weeks..anxious to see if they say anything)
