Hello Molly,
Count me in, plus my daughter and her fiance and
certainly my neighbors who has passed it to their
fellow teachers and I am sure it is pyramiding
beyond that. What pleases me is that you can share
about it sort of casually and then that people
continue to do it speaks volumes, even without
the details. I even bought my former husband a
bottle of sesame oil and he promised to do it :)
I have not kept count in days but am on my 4th bottle
of sesame seed oil. I have also pulled with olive and
sunflower and coconut. I love the delicate taste of
the sesame and loved the coconut but would rather
eat it. :p I have some bottles in line to be tried,
walnut and grapeseed...and I am dropping hints that
instead of wine, I would like bottles of oil for
gifts. So far, people aren't taking me seriously on
that...ggg.
I have used oregano oil in my pulls and would caution
those trying it for the first time to start with one
drop. I can put in three drops but after that it burns
my tongue and gums so I had to let those heal and of
course backed off. I did the oregano oil and it seemed
once the flora in my mouth stabilized, it did not do
too much and I was not sure it was great to sterilize
my mouth with oregano oil everyday but I still do use
it occasionally but again, would rather use the oregano
oil internally where it will have a greater benefit.
I rinse with salt water and often brush after with
Ipsab tooth powder~~

I also used a
Bentonite rinse which I really liked for
a change too. About a tablespoon of liquid
Bentonite in
a small amount of water, swished in the mouth, seemed
to absorb the toxins really effectively. I did this mostly
in the early weeks of my oil-pulling when it was pulling
out a lot of stuff.
Bentonite is clay and known for its
ability to absorb toxins~~
I doubt I will ever give up the habit and cannot delineate
the benefits as I am doing so much it is hard to tell what
is doing what. I feel good though, nothing hurts, and my
feet hit the floor each morning and I feel blessed and
grateful to have the freedom to use the alternative health
practices I use and that they are contributing to my well
being on many levels.
Thank you and all those who paved the way for us here at
Curezone~~to oil pull AND be proud of it~~ :)
blessings & hugs,
Zoe
