I apologize (to you and everyone) for ever typing the words 'Lapis' & 'Owen' :( I'm sure Owen would not have liked it (and I don't know about Lapis). I realize that one side of a story is NOT the whole story, and I should NEVER have put anything in print not having a clear picture of BOTH sides. And duh me, I DID know L wasn't THE first moderator, I meant to type 'one of the first' but my fingers went faster than my brain :( However, I also know that I feel my banning was unjustified and part of the 'war' of which we speak (what it lead to outside of CZ eyes & ears, evidenced that completely). Hence, it's only natural for me to that someone elses ban had issues that were not respresented 'in the light'. But like I said, I should have NEVER brought it up at all...definitely 'my bad'.

Not in my defense, nor to start a debate, but because I feel the following is important to ALL areas of life: I feel the issue of 'sexual harrassment' has gone considerably overboard in our society. I have been a victim (more than once) in both the workplace and general life. I did not seek legal recourse (I didn't have the resources); rather, I had no choice but to change jobs (in the workplace case) and Idealt with the 'other' privately (...as you can bet, VERY effectively :). I do NOT believe that ANY words typed to another on the internet (across vast/sizeable countries or states) can be construed as true sexual harrassment. Offensive and inappropriate? Of course...possibly, but all any person has to do when that happens is turn off their connection. In general, women 'at large' flaunt their bodies and make extremely suggestive/lewd remarks & innuendos in the 'typical' way that women communicate..with hints, subtlety and implications. When a male responds in the 'typical' male way (bluntly, forthrightly and obviously), the female cries "abuse"...and that shattered the lives/families of MANY innocent men (a couple of which I have known personally).

When I mentioned the CZ crash, what I SHOULD have said was NOT that CZ didn't have a back up...but rather there were 2 major sites (that same week) that had all kinds of crashes/locks/blocks...ALL were natural health oriented, and all contained information regarding the FDA's two newest scams, and were encouraging people to seek the truth and do something about it. I'm sure CZ is not exempt from those attacks - back-ups or no back-ups. So naturally, I don't believe/feel it was an "accident". :)
