You are right that I do not have the time to read all posts… I usually pick and choose based upon topic. I did not read where 23rd Psalms advocated fluoride as an essential nutrient. Given that fluoride was known before the industrial revolution, AND that it occurs naturally in plants, I suspect that there must be a purpose of some sort, maybe as a trace mineral and part of the halide balancing processes, I just do not know.

I can tell you one thing now that I understand a little more about the importance of chloride, I can appreciate the value given to salt in the ancient texts and real salt will now be a big part of my stash.

What I do know is that any mineral, macro or micro in too great a quantity can cause problems, including disease and illness, even death just as easily as a deficit of the same mineral can.

Putting fluoride aside, and having not read anything that 23rd Psalms has posted that would give me the same view of this situation as yourself and others seem to have. I have read responses to 23rd Psalms posts that seem to be inappropriate and unwarranted and questioned why? I have also seen disagree votes for a rather benign or even a positive comment.

I am not supporting 23rd Psalms here as much as I am asking, why the behavior towards him\her?

You know me well enough by now that I do not believe nor follow any one person when it comes to my health and diligently research my butt off in order to (hopefully) make the right decisions for myself.

Quite honestly, if one believes another to be a "troll" or a planted "disruptor" the best course of action would be to simply ignore them, not feed the flames.

BTW, I did go back and read a good 50% of 23rd Psalms posts and still have not hit on the trigger (or the pro fluoride post) to all of this...
