Re: Silliness

"i am seriously suggesting here that high doses of iodine could cause acute thoughts of suspicion."

I am still baffled as to why iodine is being contstantly debated.  Are people getting a rush off of iodine?  How about a discussion or debate on selenium, magnesium, chromium or zinc?  When you body has a balance of all essential nutrients the nutrients have a synergistic effect.  You can take less of each one when all of them are bioavailable.  I would wager that to much iodine and not enough of everything else would be a bad thing.  To much of any substance is no good.
