High fat diets cause diabetes....That's what I heard too.
Just because avocado oil comes from a fruit does'nt mean you should have it during a fast. Yeah, I heard cancer feeds on fat. Even cancer patients can and should fast for 7-10 days safely.The Gerson plan calls for having 20 juices/day. It's better to have three or four. I just looked, gerso metthod cured over 10,000 people to date,
