Everyone says the same thing.
You really need someone with an eye for health because the changes at first are profound (Liver function) then VERY subtle. Every time a cell is replaced it is now more flexible more capable of oxygenating etc. this is not something that is noticed immediately but if you keep it up you will see the changes.

You can use the SCIO to test these two levels to find out what is required:

Glucosamine 6453 MSM 5286

Anything +80 and your body wants more. If Glucosamine is high but MSM isn't then your body is having trouble converting the sulfurs.
