Re: a short summary.

My history is long and arduous with chronic fatigue and the constipation came along pretty much close to the beginning of that. But it seems to follow the same pattern as my mother so who knows. However she had NO chronic fatigue. Maybe she had enough IODINE!!! Actually we have great genes. All of her family lived into their 90's. She was constipated for 40 years +. Maybe she had worms.

The colon is only part of my problem but now that I can FEEL the worms in my liver that is part of the problem too. And probably all wrapped up into one. I have stayed alive by keeping the colon moving. And just figured one day I would figure out the colon/liver stuff.

I am generally healthy which is sort of amusing. When I went to a naturopath she was amazed that I had such GOOD immunity. I catch very little. But there was one thing after another wrong with me. Mercury/teeth issues. Adrenal issues. Low blood sugar. But to me these all point to a liver that is sluggish. And I have slept for the past 14 out of 15 years. Only when I used Julia Changs herbals could I begin to get UNTIRED. Since I could NOT liver flush.

However I am much more toxic than most people and that is an issue. I guess from the liver issues. But toxicity is more than just doing a detox program and my issue is cellular and so niacin might just jump start that horrible problem.

I did a Colon Cleanse with fast for a week about 7 years ago with enemas. The mucus SOX came out. It never solved my colon problems but I think I have had the flukes or worms for that long. The liver wouldn';t flush then either. The practitioner however was not aware enough to say... DEWORM. She had the colon liver part. Not the worms. 7 years later.. I say... deworm. So that is a short summary.
