Have you tried things like Cascara Sagrada (cortex) /Aloe (latex)/Fennel/Buckthorn (bark)? Not just alone - but together?

Concerning that "you can't go". Even I, who hardly eats solid food, can "go". And I'm a barrel of worms - (4 identified, 1 unidentified). Sure, at my very worst I couldn't "go". How long has this been the condition?

What is the gist of your diet, your age, body fat ratio (or ht/wt), health status?

Because we are each unique, I think it's important to use caution when following others' advice and protocols.
When I recently visited a colonic therapist recently for a consult - she refused to treat me (er go...) due to my lack of body fat and diet - meanwhile all the colon cleansing fans are telling me colonics are a must.

Well, according to someone who does it for a living - apparently NOT.

Not yet, at least. Eventually, maybe. And maybe for you, it's (colonics/these F1 and 2 products) the ticket.

I might try the F1 and 1, but I tend to prefer my own concoctions when it's all said and done. It's not any less expensive, probably more $$, but it's TOTALLY customized.
