Re: Iodine vs Kelp vs Ionic vs natural extracts

"The unknown factor for me is dosage."

We are all in the same boat on that statement. I know that there is not a one size fits all on dosage. It is not true with anything else, why would it be for Lugol's? or seaweed?

We all are in different places and environments... even people in the same families may work in different parts of the same cities and eat different foods, being exposed to varying amounts of the same and in many cases different pollutants. Perhaps they even use different personal hygiene and cosmetic products, maybe different cleaning products in their homes...

Needless to say, our own ability to deal with these pollutants, may be stronger or weaker than even our brothers or sisters, possibly effecting the Iodine pathways and the bodies ability to recognize and utilize Iodine to begin with. One person may perk up with a very small dose, and another may not wake up those pathways for months on the same dosing... how do we know? We can only guess.
