Matthew Winkler....Narcissist?

I've been following the story of Mary Winkler who shot her husband Matthew, a minister, with some interest. It sounds like he had NPD. After reading every single word on the heartlessbitches.com website, I'd say he was flying several dozen redflags. I read somewhere that NPD is very common amongst those who go into the ministry, artists, and surgeons.
