Its called pastureization,this takes 20min. minimal at 130% to deactivate all of the enzymes.Fire is a chemical reaction called fast oxidation,Blending/juiceing results in a much slower form of oxidation than fire!More like rust a slow form of oxidation.All things are subject to the laws of breakdown and decay.The law of entrophy will not be denied.Blending is not an action for steralizing foods cooking is.Raw is Raw but it still goes bad in time.
