skyper....Thanks for the detailed report. It makes interesting reading. I owned a Norwalk Press years ago but could never get the 'hang' of the Triturator. I always ended up with carrot scraps on my walls. I also got a strange 'plastic taste' in the juice. I called the President of Norwalk several times about this. He said the bags (and cloths) were now a food-grade Nylon. They used to use Hemp but the acids in the juices dissolved the material.
I'm a Carrot Juice (and Wheatgrass Juice) drinker from 'way back'. I've tried just about every juicer made. Cheers.......Wheatgrass Yogi
