Re: The Norwalk Press

Yes,
I noticed as well that their study was not presented well.
What I gleened was that all juicers or juice/press combinations
like the Champion or Norwalks could yield more juice and enzymes
if pressed or re-pressed with a manual press. Since the Norwalk
produces the beneficial enzymes, wouldn't it make sense to juice
with that one and press with the Welles press afterward?
Gerson, with their success rate far and above all other cures
uses the Norwalk and has tested other juicers and presses and
wound up back with the Norwalk because people were not responding
to other methods. I was looking for numbers because I'm a data guy.
That's when I stumbled on the juicer comparison link.
I just re-read the end as you did and sure enough, they do say that
the Champion/People's press combination is best. I can't believe
that they make that statement when the last chart right before that
statement clearly shows that the Norwalk produces more.
Am I reading the chart wrong?
