Re: BBC News w/Children's Comments!!
Hi!
I would love to debate with you on this further but, unfortunately, I'm limited with my time these days.
Yes, you are correct about finger swipe vs. implants; again, I didn't deliberately mislead lead or inform. I read A LOT and the first story was a couple of years ago.
As far as I'm concern, both technologies do and will present problems for everyone in the future. If and when, I have time, I will post information on implants -- that is, if I can find the info again.
Fingerprinting isn't necessarily all that reliable.

Another issue at hand, but along the same lines is that I think everyone should rethink the idea of "identity theft" and perhaps the reasons behind it! When Congress rejected National ID Cards and Implants, I noticed that all of the sudden there was an incredible amount of corporate identity thefts; ie, Bank of America and Citicorp, federal computers "missing", hospital records, insurance, etc. In our state, these "thefts" come in waves reported in the news, to scare people in my opinion. I've also noticed that the idea of National ID Cards, Implants and/or Fingerswipes are being mentioned too.
Scarier to me are the patented tatooed barcodes (provided in my above post). In order to get a patent through is rigorous and the fact that it went through does suggest something to me. ONE thing CAN lead to another and not too far fetched! Shades of something else...
I don't think it takes a brain surgeon to put 2+2 together!
