Scanning devices have already been put into school children's hands to "bill the parents for cafeteria expenses" in Olympia, WA and Rome, GA. Check out those stories - they should come up in a search.

Yes, you are correct and I explain that in my later posts. However, although the technologies are different -- I see NO difference, because the "handwriting is on the wall" for the world to see and I'm in agreement with you! For this reason, I'll leave the post, as is.
