Yes, this was mentioned in the Aaron Russo documentary America: From Freedom to Fascism. It will be integrated into a persons driver's license by using fingerprint and/or retina scan and hold a person's medical, financial, and other personal information. I understand that 2 states have opted out, however, if your state does not and this goes national, you will not be able to get a passport, board a plane or train or otherwise move about the country without it. Scary, isn't it? Sounds like Nazi Germany or Soviet Union where you have to show your papers. This will go into effect May 2008. Tweet
