I took the time and effort to give you very specific and elaboarate explanations and pointed you to a very comprehensive and alaborate explanation in the FAQs and you come back with " I am not of stubborn nature, but I don't like following blindly a wagon, I like to use my brain if possible" Well you sure did jump on the bandwagon for the UC cause there was no real well thought out reasoning behind it and it sure has NEVER been part of the MASTER CLEANSE.

Your "problem" with my tone is exactly that "your problem". I have taken the time and effort to pass on detailed and elaborate information and if that is not enough to convince you to "use your brain" then so be it. You are posting in a "public forum" and you don't get to choose who or how people respond to your questions. The world just simply does not revolve around how you think things should be. It is what it is and there are many colors and different flavors. No more no less. Take it or leave it.

The psyllium is not only a solid but a highly absorbtive solid at that and will expand many times it's original volume. Take a second and "use your brain" and it will become very apparent and obvious by simple deductive reasoning that you can't even begin to put it in the same universe as passing the SWF which is a liquid and could basically travel through the system just about unassisted by simple gravity.
