Re: How many lemonades per day? CORRECTION
ok, I'm open, give me the explanation of what you say.
I don't think it is any murder to make variations on a protocol, everybody in CZ does it, I've done it many times. But if you can show me the reasons why these variations should be wrong, I am flexible and can change plan no problem.
It seems to me logic that to have some fibers and a sponge carrying the toxins out is better. If you ever tried to clean a bottle, you must have found out that no way it is going to get clean without a brush. If you don't let the toxins out, they will go back exactly where they were before, and will you harvest 30% max of the benefits of your fast. I can stand a little bit of not-too-sure-if-it-is-there digestion to have some help cleaning bowels.
I am not the only one:

(but I don't agree with her on skipping the SWF, I do it and I also do enemas, maybe I'll do also a colema at some point, and I think P&B shouldn't get too hard in the bowels if not they could irritate the walls by going out)
Also, why are you talking of fraud? why should someone want to hide the benefits of a fast with another type of fast. I don't understand.
MC is not a divinity, you know, it is a tool llke others.
Master-Cleanse has limits, UC has limits, OJ fast has limits, juice fast has limits too and
Water Fast same same.
It is all very realtive and very flexible.
But again, if you have info that I don't have, I will be happy to understand better and do
Master-Cleanse without B&P shakes.
