Re: How many lemonades per day? CORRECTION
I guess this would all make a lot more sense if you stated what you actually wanted to accomplish through doing the Master Cleanse or the Ultimate Cleanse.
Do you have health problems that you are working on?
Some of the reasond that I initially wanted to do the Master Cleanse were:
- Relief of acid reflux / heart burn
- Relief of food sensitivity issues - I had begun to develop allergies
- Relief of pain in joints
- Relief of skin irritations
The Master Cleanse helped me (greatly) with all of these issues. It was not all that I needed to do to Really relieve this problems, but it was one step in the process. I have taken other messures to continue this healing process. I feel much better than I did when I started this healing journey. I credit my successes - so far - with taking things slowly and not combining cleanses. In the past, I have not been so patient and have sought Quick Fixes. In the naivety of youth, I have caused my body much harm. Feeling invincible is a thing of the past for me. I'm not a teenager anymore and my body is very appreciative of the care that I give it now.
There is no need to rush. Have you ever had to clean your house really quickly - when company was coming? Did you notice that when you vacuumed really fast that the vacum cleaner didn't really pick up as well? If you take your time and do things more carefully, you WILL get better results. Why not do the Master Cleanse as directed (since you said you never had before) and then do a P&B Cleanse after (for the sponge/mop-up benefits of the P&B's).
